  7. The U.S. Government requires that Apple Computer, Inc. have on
  8. file a Letter of Assurance (LOA) and Product End-Use Questionnaire for each
  9. non-U.S. customer (except Canada). These forms certify that you will not
  10. re-export any Apple Developer Group or APDA distributed products to certain
  11. countries. Please read the LOA, complete the questionnaire, sign the form, and
  12. mail to the address indicated below or fax it to the address indicated below.

  14. APDA-distributed product to you.
